Surrilla “Simon Says Vol. 1″ Mixtape Release Party

If you happen to be in Los Angeles this Saturday, definitely take the time to stop by Surrilla’s “Simon Says Vol. 1″ Mixtape Release Party at Locals Sports Bar & Grill (5047 W. Pico Blvd.).  Surrilla is an artist who I fully support and truly believe in.  I was lucky enough to have been able to listen to the mixtape while in Vegas for MAGIC Tradeshow in mid-February and am proud to say that it’s been on heavy rotation on my iTunes ever since.  I’ve got to thank my homie Rome for giving me a copy of the tape.

Koohl Cardi is an artist that I recently came across from my friends over at Elusion Clothing.  After listening to a few of his tracks, I know that he’s destined for greatness.  He raps about real-life situations that people can relate too, which is very refreshing as these days all you hear from rappers is about drugs, women, cars, and clothes.  Hit the download link below to download his “Midnight Snack” mixtape.
