At Agenda Huntington Beach, we were able to get an early glimpse at the upcoming Pro-Keds x Play Cloths 69er sneaker collaboration. The classic Pro-Keds high-top 69er was made over in two Play Cloths exclusive styles. Featuring all leather uppers, the tonal sneakers are embellished with the Play Cloths “Jack” logo badge on the side, striped heel tab (that matches the secondary set of laces), and red lining. Look for these to release in the coming months.
Here is a detailed look at the Play Cloths accessories that we can expect to see in their Summer 2010 collection. Featured are the “Cherry Drop” coin pouch, “Licorice” zip wallet, the “Chain Reaction” key chain, “Heavy Bread” belt, and the aptly named “Dog Tag”. These will be available online at East West Worldwide in the coming weeks.
Play Cloths has collaborated with G-Shock as part of their Spring 2010 Collection. The brand created by The Clipse has certainly been making big moves with their collection, which unlike so many other lines out there comes well priced and with solid pieces. The G-Shock watch comes in a red colourway with a stripe design on the straps. The screen and dial come in matching red and the dial features a small Play Cloths logo on top. Look out for a release March 2010 at better retailers, including Wellgosh.
Yesterday, the crew over at Culture Shoqhad the opportunity to pre-game it at the Play Cloths showroom before they hit up their 1 Year Anniversary Celebration at The Hotel Rivington in NYC. A limited number of party goers received a Play Cloths Gift Bag courtesy of The Foundation. As to what’s inside who the F*ck knows but rest assured, EASTWEST and Cultureshoq got their hands on a few. I can’t wait until they reveil the goodies that we’re inside! Keep checking back for further info.
