Mac Miller – “Don’t Mind If I Do”

Mac is getting ready to release his upcoming  K.I.D.S. project on August 13th, which I’m really looking forward to due to all of the amazing material I’ve heard off of it.  Here’s the newest leak off of the project titled “Don’t Mind If I Do” which samples Owl City’s “Fireflies”.  Expect some new joints with Rostrum Records labelmate Wiz Khalifa soon.

Wiz Khalifa Signs To Atlantic

Yesterday, MTV’s “Hottest Breakthrough MC of 2010” and one of XXL’s 2010 Freshmen, Wiz Khalifa has officially announced signing with Atlantic Records through an outcome of a deal with Rostrum Records.  This should come as no surprise to most considering all of the work Wiz and his long-time independent label Rostrum Records have put in.  Wiz is currently at work on his much anticipated label debut album, slated for an early 2011 release as well as he will soon be embarking on his North American “Waken Baken” Tour.

Rostrum Records’ newest signee Mac Miller released his 3^rd installment from his popular video series.  This video is entitled “Kool Aid & Frozen Pizza” and will appear on his upcoming mixtape K.I.D.S. which drops on August 13.  It was directed by Ian Wolfson of Rex Arrow Films.

Mac Miller Signs To Rostrum Records

Rostrum Records signed 18-year-old Pittsburgh emcee Mac Miller yesterday.  Mac’s a great friend of ours and we could not be prouder of him.  He’s captivated and built a devoted following by releasing the mixtapes The High Life and The Jukebox…While still finishing high school.  Mac’s first release through Rostrum Records will be his K.I.D.S. mixtape scheduled to release on August 13^th, followed by his debut album in early 2011.
