A few days ago we got to meet up with Fab and take a couple of flicks. The set-up was dope, he had prayer candles, black roses, a black wine glass (which he actually drank out of) and a whole bunch of other things to let the people know that he really does plan on killing the competition. A few weeks ago we all got together for what was just supposed to be a hang out session, but everything turns into a photoshoot when we’re around. Rooftops are so chill.
Levi Maestro gets unprecedentedly efficient with the latest episode of Maestro Knows, and for those of us who have been desperatly awaiting for a new episode, Maestro extinguish the wait by featuring two friends in one episode. For episode 7 of season 3, Maestro hangs out with Los Angeles photographer Estevan Oriol and pro-skater Geoff Rowley for the day. First off, Maestro and Oriol visits Patrick Martinez for a Nylon Mexico shoot, then they linked up with Geoff Rowley (who happened to be wearing two different shoes, and in Maestro’s words, was representing skate culture) and spent a little time pushing. Check out the new video which is a first for Maestro in featuring two friends at once. On another note, since this is officially Maestro’s new favourite video…you know what to do.
A few weeks ago, KNYEW had a racy photoshoot with Playboy model Francine Dee and famed photographer Hew Burnery. The photoshoot was for their new Bic lighters and sticker packs that are being released later this month. They entitled the project, ‘Tits x Bics x Stickers’…Pretty catchy eh. Behind-The-Scenes at The Source Magazine’s fashion shoot with Travie McCoy of Gym Class Heroes. On Monday, March 29th, Travie McCoy who’s the lead vocalist for the alternative hip-hop group Gym Class Heroes had a photoshoot and feature interview for The Source Magazine at their Manhattan office. Malcolm Phipps of Gommi Arcade was on the scene and took some pictures with his BlackBerry. The photoshoot was part of Travie’s hectic press week schedule leading up to his solo debut album called “Lazarus” which hits stores in June.
